Clare Marcie is an actor/ writer and recent graduate from the prestigious Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS formerly RSAMD) with an MA in Classical and Contemporary Text (Acting). 

Her solo show What Would Kanye Do? which was developed with support from the National Lottery through Creative Scotland, made it’s debut at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2017 and was shortlisted for the coveted Scottish Arts Club Theatre Award (lovingly nicknamed the Flying Artichoke).

Notable UK Credits include: In Other Words (Lyric Hammersmith), What Country Friends is This? (Aberdeen Performing Arts), When the Rain Stops Falling (Makeshift Broadcast, Tron Theatre Glasgow),The Tempest, The Night Before the Trial and the Sneeze (Tron Theatre Glasgow), and The Main Yvette (Good Punch, Rich Mix London & Edinburgh Fringe 2015).

Clare was a mentee on the Federation of Scottish Theatres Step Up mentorship program, and an Imaginate Delegate in 2016. She was also a member of the Tron 100 2015 – 2016.
